Pick Up Option

Good day :)

Thank you for your interest in placing an order for collection. We welcome pick-up orders. 

Please Note - We have moved. We are now in Gumdale (Qld 4154) and are no longer in Kuraby.

All pickup orders can be picked up Only From Gumdale.

Pickup is by appointment only.

Please do not arrive unannounced as we do not have a store front or regular trading hours.

We are an ecommerce store and do not operate from a shop front. We are generally not open to the public. The pickup of orders is only by appointment and for the convenience of our local and regular customers.

You can opt for pick up option at check out. Once the order is processed and ready from collection, you will receive an email with all the necessary instructions.

For all shipping quotes, please use the calculator at check out. It allows customers a visibility to the live rates charged by our logistics partners.


Placing a Pick-Up Order
Please allow upto 3 business days for us to process your order.

How to place a pick up order:
 
           1. Add items to the cart
           2. At checkout - Select PICK-UP FROM WAREHOUSE - GUMDALE QLD 4154 - $2.50
               This will charge only $2.50 and make it a pick up order
           3. Click the insurance policy box (this will not charge you for insurance)
           4. Pay by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. (no Cash on pickup). All Pickup orders must be Fully Paid for us to process them.

Payment options:

- Credit/Debit card online via the website
- Direct deposit
- We Do NOT accept Cash on Pick Up
- We do not have an EFT facility. 

Collecting Your Pick-up
 

1.We will email you when the order is ready for pickup. Please reply to this email and let us know when you will be comign to pickup your order.

2. Pickup Suburb is Gumdale (4154) located in East Brisbane.

Monday to Thursday :-  8.30am to 3pm  

Friday :-  8.30am to 12pm  

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays - Closed

You must arrange the pick-up beforehand. To avoid disappointment, please do not arrive at these times without an appointment :)

For Australia wide postage quotes, please add item/s to the cart. Click on the shopping cart picture (top right hand corner). Then click on "view cart". Use the shipping calculator on the left hand side (enter your post code and click on "calculate shipping"). There is no need to create an account or provide personal details to obtain a shipping quote. We do not provide quotes for orders under 22kg as the web site has facilities to provide quotes for up to 22kg. We thank you for your understanding and co operation.

To help us keep our prices as low as possible, Direct Bank transfer is our preferred method of payment (saves high credit card transaction fees). Also all business purchase is preferred to pay direct. Contact us if you would like to open a business account with us. You will then have a dedicated staff member to process the purchase orders.
