NV Peptosyl Suspension

PEPTOSYL is an non-antibiotic antidiarrhoeal suspension used as an aid in the treatment of gastroenteritis and diarrhoea in dogs and horses.

Features

• Absorbs toxic compounds and has protective, antacid and antiseptic properties.

• Decreases water loss and may also help reduce the pain of inflammatory bowel diseases.

Usage

• Horses 0.5-1.0ml/kg bodyweight orally.
• Dogs 0.25-0.5ml/kg.
• Repeat every 6 hours for 36 hours, and then at 12 hour intervals for a further 2-3 days.
